Intraperitoneal injection of fermented noni exudate (fNE) significantly increased the percentages of granulocytes and natural killer (NK) cells in the peripheral blood, peritoneum, and spleen of mice.  fNE caused complete tumor rejection in normal mice, partial tumor rejection in mice lacking functional lymphocytes, and no tumor rejection in NK cell deficient mice. These data demonstrate that fNE appears to cause tumor rejection by stimulating the innate immune and adaptive immune systems.  (view original abstract at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19020734).
