Extracted human teeth were infected for 21 days with E. faecalis. Excised teeth were treated with various substances, including noni juice, and then tested at day 1, day 3 and day 5. Dentine shaving were collected from the teeth and the total number of colony forming units were determined. Noni juice was found to be effective against E. faecalis in dentine of extracted teeth.
