An ethanol extract of noni fruit decreased cellular activity and proliferation of B16-F10 melanoma cells.  It also inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. (original abstract available online at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25229508).
