Lymphocytes from young and old rats were treated in vitro with noni juice.  Lymphocytes were also isolated from old rats that had been fed noni juice for 60 days. In both tests, noni juice increased the proliferation of lymphocytes and the production of immune system signaling molecules, IL-2 and IFN-γ.
