Daily ingestion of a beverage containing noni juice, cornelian cherry juice, and olive extract reduce skin autofluorescence (a measure of advanced glycation end-product, or AGE, body burden) in an 8-week open-label pilot study involving 34 overweight adults. Also, a cross-sectional population study with 3913 people revealed that increased daily iridoid intake (from noni-based drinks) was associated with a decline in AGE-associated age.
