Noni juice increased the in vitro growth rate of rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. In an in vitro bone growth test, noni juice increased bone density and promoted neo-angiogenesis for bone formation. The results indicate that noni juice stimulates osteoblastogenesis and may be useful for bone diseases, such as osteoporosis.
