Damancanthal (DAM) and nordamnacanthal (NDAM) from the roots of the noni plant were cytotoxic against oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells.  They also inhibited cell migration and induced apoptosis. (original abstract available at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29286228).
